GCI Pastoral Internships

"Be strong through the grace that God gives you in Christ Jesus. You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others." (2 Timothy 2:1-2, New Living Translation)

In addition, they will embrace and be able to teach the historic, orthodox Christian faith, understood in the light of a Trinitarian-incarnational theology.

Those who successfully complete the program will be considered for elder ordination and appointment within GCI as a church pastor or church planter.

What is a GCI pastoral internship?

GCI pastoral internships are part-time (typically 20 hours a week) paid or volunteer, and lasting 12-18 months. Paid positions are limited, but volunteer internships are readily available for qualified candidates, including college and seminary students needing internships for class credit.
